PM praises private sector’s national role

SANAA, Feb. 29 (YPA) – Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor on Saturday praised the national role of the private sector and its contribution to meeting citizens’ needs in this exceptional period under Saudi-led coalition’s aggression and siege.

This came during his meeting with Deputy Chief of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the capital Sanaa Mohammed Salah and a number of the chamber’s members.

The meeting discussed issues related to the private sector’s activity and ways to enhance its roles in facing the current economic challenges, as a key partner to the government in this process, and reducing the effects of the aggression and the blockade on this sector.

The meeting touched on the problems facing the private sector and the role of the government and its concerned institutions in addressing them.
