SANAA, Feb. 24 (YPA) – Minister of Transport, Zakaria al-Shami, discussed on Monday with the United Nations the ongoing piracy by that the Saudi-led aggression coalition against maritime shipping companies.
The move came during his meeting with the Chief of Mission to support Hodeidah Agreement (UNMHA) Andrew Brimelow.
At the meeting, the minister briefed Brimelow on the arbitrary measures by the coalition against dozens of the UNVIM-licensed oil and food ships, aimed to increase the suffering the Yemeni people.
Al-Shami called for the United Nations to support the medical airlift to continue to transport and save lives of tens of thousands of patients abroad for treatment.
The officials touched upon a number of the steps achieved by the UN mission in Hodeidah and the movement procedures within the port.
