Parliament approves government’s request to postpone its attendance to Tuesday’s session
SANAA, Feb. 22 (YPA) – The Parliament listened, in its session on Saturday headed by Speaker, Yahya Ali Al-Rai, the House of Representatives listened from the Minister of State for Parliament and Shura Council Affairs Dr. Ali Abu Halika to the Salvation government’s request to postpone its attendance to the next Tuesday’s session regarding the interrogation submitted by Council member Abdo Mohamed Bisher, and the council approved the government’s request.
At the opening, the Council began discussing the report of the Local Authority Committee regarding a draft law amending some paragraphs of Article 123 of the Local Authority Law No. 4 for the year 2000, and decided to return it to the relevant committee for further study with the relevant government side.
The Council had started its session by reviewing and approving its previous minutes, and it will continue to hold its business sessions on Sunday.
