Agriculture Ministry enforces livestock law

SANAA, Feb. 3 (YPA) – Ministry of Agriculture enforce in a meeting on Monday a livestock law to prevent slaughter and smuggling of livestock’s females and its small cattle.

The meeting stressed on the importance of doubling efforts to protect the livestock in accordance with Law regulating and protecting livestock of Yemen, No. (5).

The Yemeni law is prohibited to slaughter female and male cows, sheep, goats, and camels that are not imported.
