Cold weather expected within next 24 hours

SANAA, Feb. 1 (YPA) – The National Meteorological Center expected on Saturday the cold weather on various provinces within the next 24 hours.

The center said in its weather forecast that the cold weather would prevail over in the mountainous provinces of Sanaa, Dhamar, Amran, Saada and Bayda.

The center alerted drivers in the mountain areas of the governorates of Hajjah, Mahwait, Raimh, Ibb, Taiz and Lahj from low horizontal visibility due to mist formation.

The center also warned fishermen and sea goers of rising the sea waves in the south of the Red Sea, Bab al-Mandab and Socotra Archipelago.
