Deputy PM praises works ministry’s efforts in maintenance of road networks

SANAA, Jan. 21 (YPA) – Deputy Prime Minister for Services and Development Hussein Maqbouli praised on Monday the efforts exerted by works ministry in rehabilitation of roads and bridges networks destroyed by the Saudi-led aggression coalition.

The move came during his meeting with the Minister of Public Works and Roads, Ghaleb Mutlaq.

At the meeting, Maqbouli emphasized the government’s readiness to support efforts and overcoming all the difficulties facing the ministry.

He pointed out the importance of the spending plan for the Road Fund projects for 2020, affirming to set real standards for preparing and implementing projects.

Meanwhile, the minister reviewed the plans and projects to improve the main roads linking the capital Sanaa and other provinces.
