Judicial Council’s Head stresses importance of restoring citizen’s confidence in judiciary

IBB, Jan. 14 (YPA) – Head of the Supreme Judicial Council Judge Ahmed al-Mutwakkil on Tuesday stressed the importance of restoring citizens’ confidence in the judiciary by redoubling efforts to improve the level of performance and accelerating the completion of cases.

This came during his inspection visit to the First Instance Court of Damt district in Dhalea province and Al-Radhama Primary Court in Ibb province.

Judge al-Mutwakkil said that “the visit comes within the framework of activating the oversight on the courts and prosecutions, and coincides with the inauguration of the National Vision’s first phase plan for 2020 within the justice system.”
