First conference on laboratory medicine concluded in Sanaa

SANAA, Jan. 13 (YPA) – The first conference on laboratory medicine was concluded its works on Monday in Sanaa.

The conference, which was held under “Laboratory Medicine – Reality and Ambition,” included 450 participants from academics, university professors.

It aimed to activate the supervisory role and quality control in the laboratories and scientific research between the outputs of education and the health sector, as well as to raise the level of competence in the medical analysis and scientific research.

The three-days conference discussed a worksheets, which focused on the overall quality in laboratory medicine and recent discoveries about genetic, infectious and chronic diseases.
