Soleimani Assassination will strengthen resistance against Israel: Iranian National Security

TEHRAN, Jan. 13 (YPA) – Secretary of the Iranian National Security Council Ali Shamkhani on Monday said that the assassination of Qassem Soleimani, commander of the Quds Force, would enhance the strength of the resistance front against Israel.

This came during a meeting with Syrian Prime Minister Imad Khamis.

“In order to restore security to the region, the exit of the American forces from it should be a priority,” Shamkhani added.

He affirmed that the missile attack on Ain al-Assad air base has proved that Iran would spare no effort to maintain its security and national interests.
