Phase I plan of National Vision 2020 for health sector launched

SANAA, Jan. 13 (YPA) – Deputy Prime Minister for Services and Development Hussein Maqbouli and Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Taha al-Mutwakkil on Monday launched the first phase plan 2020 to implement the National Vision in the health sector.

During the meeting held at the Health Ministry, Dr.Maqbouli emphasized the importance of inaugurating the first plan “steadfastness and recovery phase” of the National Vision.

He urged the health sector cadres to take responsibility for the advancement of the health system and the improvement of services provided to citizens.

Dr. Maqbouli indicated that four programs in the health sector would be announced to combat cholera, H1N1 flu, dengue fever and malaria, expressing his hope to implement the first phase of the national vision within its timeframe.
