Central Military Court reviews evidence against traitors’ leaders
SANAA, Jan. 5 (Saba) – The Central Military Court in Sanaa on Sunday held its eighth public session to continue the trial of 11 officers accused of committing treason crime by facilitating the enemy’s entry into the territory of the Republic of Yemen.
The accused in this criminal case are:
1 – Field Marshal / Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi
2 – Lieutenant General / Ali Mohsen Saleh al-Ahmar
3 – Major General / Mohamed Ali Ahmed al-Maqdashi
4 – Major General / Abdullah Salem Ali al-Nakhei
5 – Major General / Haitham Qasim Taher
6 – Brigadier General / Ahmed Hussein Saleh al-Aqili
7 – Brigadier General / Fadel Hassan Mohammed al-Omari
8 – Brigadier General / Hashim Abdullah al-Ahmar
9 – Brigadier General / Amin Abdullah Hamid al-Waeli
10 – Colonel / Tariq Mohammed Abdullah al-Ahmar
11- Lieutenant Colonel / Yahia Hussein Abdullah Salah
In the session, the court reviewed the evidence provided by the Public Prosecution against the defendants, and listened to their lawyers’ reply to what previously submitted.
At the conclusion of the hearing, the court decided to complete the presentation of evidence in the case in next session.
