Israeli forces arrest 5 Palestinians in Hebron
SANAA, Jan. 5 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces on Sunday arrested five Palestinian citizens, including an released prisoner from Hebron Governorate.
The Palestinian News Agency”Wafa” quoted security sources as saying that the occupation forces arrested a citizen from the city of Hebron, a released prisoner, and two others from the town of Surif in the west, after their homes were raided and searched.
The occupation forces also stormed a number of houses in the town of Beit Ummer in the north, and arrested a 23-year-old man, after searching his family’s house, and transferred him to the occupied “Asyun” center.
In addition, at dawn on Sunday, the Israeli occupation forces arrested a Palestinian youth from Qalqilya.
Wafa agency quoted eyewitnesses, that the occupation soldiers arrested the young man, 19 years old, after raiding his family’s house and tampering with its contents.
