Rayma’s local authority discusses int’l organizations’ activities, interventions

RAYMA, Dec. 26 (YPA) – A meeting was held on Thursday in Rayma province, headed by Secretary-General of the Local Council Hassan al-Omari, and discussed activities and interventions of international organizations in the province.

The meeting, attended by a number of local officials and representatives of the international organizations working in the province, reviewed the projects to be implemented by organizations in the province during 2020.

The meeting discussed the emergency needs in light of the high poverty rate in the districts of the province as a result of the continued aggression and the siege, as well as the conditions of internally displaced persons (IDPs) in the province.
