LAHJ, April 26 (YPA) – Several of al-Qaeda militants were killed on Wednesday by Yemen army fires in Lahj province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
The army launched an offensive against coalition-backed militias’ sites in Karish front, killing three al-Qaeda militiamen belonging to Al-Kood area in Abyan province.
The militias’corpses still in mountains, and the coalition troops couldn’t get their bodies back, because the army laid a siege to the area, the official added.
This operation came after killing the security belt forces’ commander, Nasser Al-Radfani, in Hamala area of Karish district.
