Six int’l organizations leave Dhalea province

SANAA, Dec. 22 (YPA) – All crews of international organizations working in the field of human rights and development in Dhalea province, southern Yemen, were evacuated, informed sources reported on Sunday.

This comes after the bombings that targeted a French organization working in human rights, which forced a number of other foreign organizations to leave the province, like Oxfam, Mercy Corps, Haya Center for Women Development, the International Rescue Committee, and another branch of ACTED organization.

On Saturday, gunmen believed to be affiliated with the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council attacked headquarters of organizations working in the field of human rights and development in Dhalea.
