Meteorological Center warns citizens against cold, dry weather

SANAA, Dec. 21 (YPA) – The National Meteorological Center on Saturday announced that predictive and observational data show that the mountainous province, parts of the deserts and the interior plateaus are still affected by the cold air mass during the next 24 hours.

In its weather forecast, the Center expected that the weather would be cold and dry with the possibility of frost on parts of the mountainous highlands, especially the provinces of Saada, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, Bayda and Dhalea, and parts of Abyan and Shabwa provinces, as well as parts of the deserts and internal plateaus during evening and early morning.

The Center warned citizens of the aforementioned provinces, especially the elderly, children and farmers, from the cold weather during evening and early morning.
