Al-Jabwani: UAE releases 13 al-Qaeda elements from prison and still runs Aden

SHABWAH, Dec. 20 (YPA) – The so-called minister of transport in the Hadi’s government, Saleh al-Jabwani has attacked the UAE and its militias on Thursday.

Al-Jabwani said that the Hadi’s government prime minister and his ministers in Aden are besieged by the UAE-backed southern transitional militias.

Saudi Arabia and the UAE forced Hadi to recognize the Southern Transitional Council, he added.

Several media outlets have revealed that the “security belt” militias besieged the head of the Hadi government ” Moin Abdel Malik at Ma’ashiq’s Palace. This was confirmed by al-Jabwani.

On the UAE’s withdrawal from Aden, al-Jabwani pointed that some Emirati soldiers were withdrawn, but Abu Dhabi continues to move things in Aden through its local mercenaries.

He said the entire province of Shabwah has become within the grip of Hadi’s government, so that is why the Emiratis are seeking to create chaos in the province by distributing weapons.

These weapons were entered through the port of Balhaf, and that the UAE has turned the facility of a French gas export company into a detention and torture center.

Al-Jabwani also accused the UAE of supporting al-Qaeda in Abyan province in order to carry out attacks in order to cut off the road and target “Hadi forces”, which pass from the province towards Aden.

The UAE occupation set free at least 13 of the most dangerous al-Qaeda elements from prisons in Aden, al-Jawbani said, adding that he has the names of al-Qaeda elements who have been released and the Americans have been informed.
