Water Minister, Saada Governor open projects at cost of 5 billion riyals

SAADA, Dec. 16 (YPA) – Minister of Water and Environment Nabil al-Wazir and Governor of Saada province Mohammed Jaber Awad on Monday opened and and laid foundation stones for water projects in the province at a total cost of five billion riyals.

The Water Minister indicated that the province was targeted with a package of projects in Saada city and a number of districts according to the projects plan for 2018, and in implementation of directives of the Revolution Leader Sayyed  Abdulmalik al-Houthi and President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat.

Al-Wazir pointed out that the damage to infrastructure in the province due to the aggression coalition bombing has prompted the ministry to give priority and more space to the province at the developmental level through the expansion in projects and interventions in the field of water and sanitation, whether in the main cities or in rural areas.
