6 Saudi soldiers killed in clashes with Yemeni army on border front

SANAA, Dec. 14 (YPA) – Several Saudi soldiers were killed in clashes with Yemeni army and popular committees in the southern border front, Saudi Media reported on Friday

According to the Saudi Media, at least six Saudi soldiers were killed during confrontations with Yemeni army forces in the southern border of Saudi Arabia.

The border between Yemen and Saudi Arabia has been the scene of almost daily clashes between the two sides for nearly four years.

Earlier in the day, the military spokesman announced that the air defences shoot down an unmanned aerial vehicle carrying out hostile acts off the Jizan region.
