IOM: 393,000 Yemenis are Displaced since 2019

SANAA, Dec. 12 (YPA) – The United Nations said that 393,000 Yemenis have been displaced since the beginning of this year 2019.

In its Twitter account, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) pointed that, since the beginning of this year and until now, approximately 393,000 Yemenis have been displaced, mostly due to the conflict.

The statement added: “The International Organization for Migration works in partnership with the UNHCR in the Shelter Bloc to assist hundreds of thousands of displaced Yemenis to build their own shelters and build temporary homes for their families.”
