Police officer assassinated in Aden

ADEN, Dec. 1 (YPA) – Unknown gunmen on Sunday assassinated the director of the criminal investigation department in Mansoura district in Yemen’s southern port City of Aden, local sources reported.

According to the sources, unidentified gunmen shot Salah Hajiri in front of his house in Block 37 in Mansoura district.

He was taken to Saber Hospital but died, one of the sources said.
