Islah party militants arrest 124 citizens illegally in Shabwah: Activists

SHABWAH, Nov. 23 (YPA) – Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated Isalh party backed by Saudi Arabia arrested on Saturday 124 citizens in a humiliating and illegal manner in Shabwah province, according to a human rights activist.

The activist Ahmed al-Haqel said that the most prominent violations committed by the Islah militants were arbitrary arrests, killing and looting operations against the citizens.

al-Haqel confirmed that there are still more than 29 detainees in secret prisons that run by the Islah militants in the province, adding that the detainees suffers from difficult human and healthy conditions due to tortures and violations.
