NMC warns citizens of thunderstorms over next 24 hours

SANAA, Nov, The National Meteorological Center (NMC) has warned citizens in the mountainous and coastal areas of the thunderstorms with wind within the next 24 hours.

NMC said in a statement the heavy rains with wind speed expected to reach up from 10 to 25 knots in mountainous northwest parts and coastal areas in the coming hours.

It alerted citizens and drivers of vehicles of foggy conditions, the poor visibility, strong winds and sea turbulence in the governorates of Taiz, Ibb, Mahweet, Hajjah, Amran, Dhamar, Adenو Socotra and Rimah.
