Meeting in Sanaa discusses draft follow-up guide for National Vision’s phase I plan

SANAA, Nov. 16 (YPA) – Deputy Prime Minister for National Vision Affairs, Chief of the Executive Office of the National Vision Department, Mahmoud al-Junaid on Saturday chaired a meeting to discuss a draft guide of follow-up and evaluation for the first phase plan of the National Vision.

The meeting reviewed the draft guide prepared by the Executive Office, as well as the role of the concerned bodies in the accompanying follow-up during the implementation in terms of objectives, steps and evaluation.

In the meeting, al-Junaid stressed that the implementation of the first phase plan of the National Vision represents the actual translation of the vision.

He noted that the draft follow-up and evaluation guide is not limited to the two-year first phase plan, but can be adopted and amended to include all phases and plans for the implementation of the national vision.

The Deputy Prime Minister stressed the role of Ministries of Finance, Civil Service, Local Administration and all concerned bodies in the follow-up process to implement the first phase plan.
