Electricity Ministry closes seven power stations contrary to official prices in Sanaa

SANAA, Nov. 12 (YPA) – Electricity Ministry on Tuesday closed seven power stations in the capital Sanaa contrary to official prices and laws and regulations.

The move came during a operation carried out by the minister in cooperation with the security services to seize the commercial electric generators due to exceeding the process of investment in the field of energy.

The ministry referred the owners of the violating stations to the concerned authorities to complete the legal investigations.
