Civil Service Ministry launches public service department

SANAA, Nov. 10 (YPA) – Deputy Minister of Civil Service and Insurance Abdullah al-Moayyed on Sunday inaugurated the Public Service Department at the Ministry.

At the inauguration, al-Moayyad said that the reactivation of the Public Service Department comes within the implementation of directives of President of the Supreme Political Council to combat financial and administrative corruption and facilitate the citizens’ transactions.

He added that a toll-free telephone number has been allocated to receive citizens’ complaints via 8000122 in order to enhance transparency and credibility between the ministry and citizens.
