PM meets with UNDP Yemen’s Resident Representative

SANAA, Nov. 3 (YPA) – Prime Minister Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtour met on Sunday with the UNDP Yemen’s Resident Representative Auke Lootsma.

At the meeting, the officials discussed aspects of activities of the humanitarian and development program and a number of service and social fields.

Bin Habtour affirmed that the Yemeni people’s needs grow daily as a result of the continued aggression, siege and economic war imposed on Yemen.

The officials stressed on the importance of enhancing the cooperation relation to overcome the difficulties that obstruct the program’s work.

The Prime Minister reiterated the government’s keenness to strengthen partnership relations with the UN organizations working in Yemen.
