Human Rights Ministry discuss enhancing ways of cooperation with OHCHR

SANAA, Oct. 29 (YPA) – Deputy Minister for Human Rights Ali Al-Dailami on Tuesday stressed on the importance of enhancing ways to cooperate and coordinate with the UN Office of the High-Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR).

The move came during his meeting with several of the OHCHR’s Economic and Social Rights consultants.

Al-Dailami affirmed that the minister would exert all efforts to facilitate tasks, programs and projects of the OHCHR in Yemen.

Meanwhile, the UN officials affirmed their desire to strengthen joint cooperation through providing humanitarian services to alleviate suffering the Yemeni people because of the Saudi-led aggression coalition war and its siege imposed on Yemen.
