Minister of Youth affirms enhancing coordination with UNICEF

SANAA, Oct 28 (YPA) – Minister of Youth and Sports Hassan Mohammed Zeid on Monday stressed on the importance of enhancing ways of cooperation between the ministry and UNICEF.

During his meeting with UNICEF Resident Representative Sara Nyanti, the minister praised UNICEF’s efforts and role in support of the ministry to enhance the capabilities of young people and exploit their creative potential.

Zeid affirmed the ministry’s readiness to facilitate the tasks of the organization in play its constructive role in Yemen.

The minister called on the UNICEF to press on the aggression sates to stop its aggressive war that killed and displacing thousands of the Yemeni children and civilians, as well as to destroy dozens of sports facilities and infrastructure.
