Presidential Advisor calls on int’l community to correct peace process in Yemen
SANAA, Oct. 27 (YPA) – Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic Prof. Abdulaziz al-Tareb on Sunday called on the international community to correct the peace process in Yemen, if it wants security and stability in the region.
In a statement to Yemen Press Agency, Prof. al-Taeb considered the continued detention of oil derivatives ships and other of medicines and food at sea a conclusive evidence that the aggression coalition countries impede the peace process that the United Nations seeks to achieve in Yemen.
Al-Tareb referred to Sanaa authorities’ agreement with UN envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths to neutralize the economy from political and military conflicts in order to improve citizen’s living conditions and alleviate their suffering.
He noted that Sanaa declaration on an initiative to open a bank account to deposit revenues of the port of Hodeidah in order to pay the salaries of employees was not responded seriously by the international community, which was supposed to do its duty in observing the salaries account and obligate the other party to implement Sweden Agreement.
The presidential advisor called on the home front to be more vigilant and not to be dragged behind the propaganda promoted by the aggression states about heading towards political solutions in Yemen, in an attempt to gain time and rearrange their ranks in the occupied southern provinces.
