67 Ethiopians killed in protests against Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed
SANAA, Oct. 26 (YPA) – At least 67 people have been killed in two days this week in Ethiopia due to protests against Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, according to Reuters.
Reuters quoted the police chief of the Oromia region, Kivio Tefira, as saying, 62 protesters were killed while five police were killed, adding that “13 people were shot dead and the rest were killed by stone-throwing injuries.”
