Iran accuses state of attacking Iranian oil tanker

SANAA, Oct. 21 (YPA) – An spokesman of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran on Monday accused a state” of attacking Iranian oil tanker off the Saudi shores in the Red Sea.

Abbas Mousavi, the spokesman of Iranian FM said in a press conference that the attack on the tanker was carried out by a “certain state,” but he did not name the country that did that.

The spokesman added that Tehran would respond to the attack.

The oil tanker was targeted by a missile attack off Jeddah port on October, 11.
