Yemen army foils infiltration of Saudi-back militias in Asir

ASIR, April 22 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Sunday night foiled an infiltration of Saudi-led coalition militants tried to advance in Asir region, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

Dozens of Saudi-backed militias were killed and injured during their attempts to advance towards off Alib crossing point, the official said.

The official added that the Saudi-led coalition warplanes waged a series of air strikes to back its militias during their failed infiltration.
