Southern Transitional Council warns against return of Hadi’s ministers

ADEN, Oct. 20 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Yemeni Southern Transitional Council (STC) on Sunday warned against the return of Saudi-backed exiled Hadi’s ministers who arrived a day earlier in the Yemeni southern city of Sayon.

Hani Ben Brik, the deputy head of the STC, tweeted that the return of exiled government officials Ahmed al-Maysari and Saleh al-Jabwani aimed to storm their southern people by using al-Qaeda militias.

In August, the Hadi’s government forces had been forced out of Aden following deadly clashes with the STC militias.
