Yemeni ambassador to Iran meets with missions of Latin American countries

SANAA, Oct. 15 (YPA) – Yemen’s Ambassador to Iran Ibrahim Mohammad al-Dailami met on Tuesday with ambassadors of Latin American nations.

Al-Dailami discussed with ambassadors of the countries of Nicaragua, Venezuela, Bolivia, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay the latest developments in the humanitarian and political situations in Yemen.

Al-Dailami called on the ambassadors to take positive positions in international forums to support the Yemeni cause.

The ambassador affirmed that Yemen opens to all initiatives for reaching a political solution, calling the ambassadors to support the initiative announced by President Mahdi al-Mashat that aimed to ending the war and achieving peace.

Meanwhile, the ambassadors said they would back the options that would lead to stop the war, alleviate human suffering and back the political settlement, the unity and stability of Yemen.
