FM congratulates Spanish counterpart on National Day

SANAA, Oct. 11 (YPA) – Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf on Friday sent a cable of congratulations to the Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell Fontelles, on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
