Industry Ministry stresses need to continue monitoring markets

SANAA, Oct. 3 (YPA) – The Ministry of Industry and Trade on Thursday stressed the need to continue monitoring the markets to end the price violations in the capital Sanaa.

In a letter to the capital’s Mayor, the ministry stressed the important role of the local councils and the Industry and Trade Office in the capital in monitoring the markets in accordance with the law of the local authority.

The Ministry called for concerted official and community efforts to continue the implementation of the supervision tasks and field monitoring in order to protect consumers and develop the work mechanisms to follow-up the movement of markets on a daily basis to achieve the commodity stability.
