President al-Mashat appoints member in Shura Council

SANAA, Sept. 29 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on Saturday issued the decree No. (180) of 2019, appointing Nour Mohammed Othman Ba Abbad as a member of the Shura Council.
