Army repels Saudi-backed mercenaries attack in Jizan

JIZAN, Sept. 13 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Friday repulsed an attack carried out by the Saudi-led coalition mercenaries towards military sites in Jizan province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The attack hit the site in east of al-Dood mountain, killing and inuring dozens of the mercenaries.
The official added that the coalition fighter jet carried out a series of strikes to back its mercenaries on the ground, but it failed.

Earlier in the day, the army another attack of the mercenaries in sites of Quta al-Da’ar in Jizan, leaving heavy losses, according to the official.
