Southern Revolutionary Movement Council’s head in Hadramout kidnapped
HADRAMOUT, Sept. 7 (YPA) – The UAE- backed Southern Transitional Council’s militias on Saturday kidnapped head of the Southern Revolutionary Movement Council in Hadramout province, eastern Yemen, political sources reported.
“Armed elements of the so-called “Hadrami elite” affiliated to the southern transitional council loyal to the UAE arrested the revolutionary movement council’s head Fuad Rashid in Mukalla city,” said Wajdi Khamis Huwaidi, deputy head of the revolutionary movement council in Hadramout.
Huwaidi did not mention the arrest circumstances, and at the same time there was no official statement about the incident.
