HODEIDAH, Sept. 5 (YPA) – The Saudi-led coalition forces and their mercenaries on Thursday continued to bomb residential areas in Hodeidah province, western Yemen, in a continual violation of Sweden agreement, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.
According to the official, the coalition-backed mercenaries fired over 12 mortar shells at the villages of Al-Kawa’i and Al-Shajan in Durihamy district, causing damages to civilians’ properties.
On Wednesday, Saudi-led coalition forces and mercenaries have stepped up their attacks on residential neighborhoods of Hodeidah province using artillery and machine guns, leaving nine dead and wounded, including four children and two women.
