Al-Murtadha calls exchange deal for protecting prisoners from coalition airstrikes

SANAA, Sept. 4 (YPA) – The chairman of the National Committee for Prisoners Affairs Abdulqader al-Murtadha on Wednesday launched an urgent call to all Yemeni parties for an exchange deal to protect prisoners being targeted by the Saudi-led coalition airstrikes.

Al-Murtadha on his Facebook account said “It seems that the mercenaries’ prisoners have become as a target to coalition’s combat jets to get rid of them for many reasons.”

“Therefore, we call on all Yemeni parties and fighters alongside the aggression coalition to conduct a comprehensive prisoners and detainees exchange deal by a suitable agreement,” al-Murtada added.
