FM congratulates Vietnamese counterpart on National Day

SANAA, Sept. 2 (YPA) – Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf on Monday sent a cable of congratulation to Foreign Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Pham Binh Minh on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
