Foreign Minister meets UN official

SANAA, Sept. 2 (YPA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf met on Monday with the Director of European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO)’s office in Yemen.

At the meeting, the officials reviewed efforts aimed at reviving the national economy and mitigating suffering of the Yemeni people due to the economic war imposed on Yemen.

Sharaf stressed that the National Salvation Government would provide all facilities to overcome difficulties facing the international organizations work operating in Yemen.

The EU official stressed on the importance of strengthening cooperation with the Foreign Ministry to facilitate its tasks in Yemen.
