Parliament Speaker congratulates Vietnamese counterpart on National Day

SANAA, Sept. 3 (YPA) – Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Ali al-Ra’i on Tuesday sent a congratulatory cable to Chairwoman of the Vietnamese National Assembly Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngân on the occasion of her country’s National Day.
