Update: Army carries out offensive in Jawf

JAWF, Aug. 27 (YPA) – The Yemen army on Tuesday carried out an offensive against sites of coalition-backed mercenaries in Jawf province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The mercenaries were inflicted heavy losses in lives and military equipment during the offensive which took place in front of Taibat-Esem, said the official.
