Hadi’s govt rejects dialogue with STC before withdrawal from occupied Aden

RIYADH, Aug. 26 (YPA) – Hadi’s government has renewed its refusal to hold any political dialogue with the UAE’-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) before withdrawing from the government institutions and camps the council had controlled in the occupied Aden province.

In a series of tweets on Twitter on Monday, foreign ministry in Hadi’s government renewed its welcome to Saudi Arabia’s call for dialogue in Jeddah to end “the armed rebellion by the transitional council’s military formations loyal to the UAE according to a statement issued by the Saudi-led coalition on August 10, 2019.”

Hadi’s government demanded stopping support for any military formations outside the government power, as that increases tension and is inconsistent with the coalition objectives.
