STC calls southern fighters in coast, borders to return to their villages

ADEN, Aug. 26 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) has called on fighters from the southern provinces in the western coast and in the Yemeni border with Saudi Arabia to return to their villages and areas.

“It is not fair to keep sons of the south defending Hadi’s government in the northern areas, which is continuing in the operations of perfidy and betrayal against the south in general,” said Mansour Saleh, a leading member in the Transitional Council, in a tweet on Monday.

He added that it is necessary to issue instructions for the immediate return of each southern soldier to his area and his family, because they need it more.
