Yemeni army destroys three Saudi military vehicles in Jizan

JIZAN, Aug. 24 (YPA) – The Yemeni army backed by popular committees on Saturday managed to destroy three Saudi military vehicles belonging to Saudi-led coalition mercenaries in Jizan region, southern Saudi Arabia, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the first military vehicles was destroyed with an improvised explosive device planted in in eastern part of Dood mountain by army’s engineering unit, killing and injuring all those were abroad.

The two other military vehicles were destroyed when the army forces launched a counterattack to repel the mercenaries towards army’s locations in in the western part of Nar mountain off Jizan region, the official added.
