According to the Media sources, the committee of the Saudi Ministry of Defense will begin its work in Aden to oversee the withdrawal of Southern transition council (STC) militias from military positions belonging to the exiled Hadi’s forces, which they took control of earlier this week.

According to the coalition’s Aden al-Ghad newspaper, the STC militias have begun the initial withdrawal from the Ma’asheq Palace in The Crater district.

Saudi Arabia, which is leading a war against Yemen, has called for a dialogue between the UAE-backed militias and The exiled Hadi’s

Salih Al-Nuwd, spokesman for the so-called Southern Transition Council, said the abandonment of Aden was not on the table at the moment, calling on Saudi Arabia to expel Islah militias from power.

“The only way out of this impasse is to “get all the elements of the Islah party, who are part of the exiled Hadi’s government, out of all positions of influence,” he said.
